A non-profit sanctuary for destitute ethiopian girls, Children's Heaven offers supportive and developmental services to children who have lost one, or both, of their parents to HIV/AIDS.

They operate 5 days a week to provide clothing, medication, Life skills, school supplies, and more. Their support center is in Ethiopia while their administrative office is in the USA.

PROBLEM #1:
Poor Branding

Off-target and aesthetically unappealing.

SOLUTION #1:

Instilled branding to properly reflect the age and gender of the children they aid, capture the attention of the donor and send the message of a professional organization through a dramatic logo, color and imagery change.

RESULT #1:

A solid, professional look-and-feel to the organization with appropriate branding and marketing systems for immediate recognition of what the company does and who it is for.

PROBLEM #2:
Website in Disarray

With outdated systems, files and interface. Not presented in a way that encouraged interaction, supported their program or represented their company in a real and meaningful way.

A complete overhaul of their website to use the new branding, create a marketable presentation for donors and encourage future sponsorship.

Designed an online system which integrates with their website and allows for simple sign-up, payments, tracking, account updates, and more, for the company and its donors.

A payment system that saves the company time, further legitimizes their donations and provides for effective and efficient accounting.

PROBLEM #4:
Lack of Internal Organization

Unsure of how many donors they had, which girls were/were not sponsored, where funding was going, accuracy of contact information for donors, and other system-wide issues.

SOLUTION #4:

Worked with organization to generate a complete list of donors with their chosen donees, establish a cloud-based storage center for their record keeping and updating, as well as automatically recording financial transactions and recurring donations.
